Can anyone tell me how to come out from this above error?

Hi,

You can change the owner to Hadoop and ALL permission for dfs.data.dir i.e /app/hadoop/tmp:

/bin$chown hduser:hadoop -R /app/hadoop/tmp
/bin$ chmod 777 -R /app/hadoop/tmp
