Spark CLI issue

Spark is already pre-installed on my edureka VM but I am not able to run any of the spark commands. Please find the screenshot attached and help resolve the issue.

For spark.read.textFile we need spark-2.x. Please try with below commands.

val df_samp = sc.textFile("/user/edureka/Sami/Park_meters.txt")
