I have attached EBS Volume to my instance. Now can I change it later? Can I increase or decrease it dynamically as in when needed?

Yes Jobin, Once the volume is attached, it can be used like any other hard disk or physical storage device. EBS volumes are flexible. For current-generation volumes attached to current-generation instance types, you can dynamically increase size, modify the provisioned IOPS capacity, and change volume type on live production volumes.
