Hyperledger error-installation error

Question

Whenever i run the following command, i get error whose image has been attached, please help me:( I am stuck on this

cd ~/fabric-dev-servers
export FABRIC_VERSION=hlfv12
./downloadFabric.sh

I get the following error, it is something like 

"Error: failed to create deliver client: orderer client failed to connect to orderer.example.com:7050: failed to create new connection: context deadline exceeded" 

if it is hard to read
