There are a whole lot of Database Management tools out there today. What is a "good tool" for you depends on what you want to use it for. Though most of these tools provide basic functionalities they are specialized for a specific task. So, you have to choose the tool based on your requirement. Anyways, some good tools that I was really satisfied using are Adminer, DBComparer and Firebird.
