I’ve created the reports for my dataset, now I need to publish them for the end users. Is there a way to do that in power BI?

Yess! You should look into app.powerbi.com. That’s the service for sharing and publishing your power bi reports or dashboard.  You need to sign in using your company account, from there they can be shared to other end users whom you wish to show. Important thing to keep in mind is, that the end users must have a power bi account as well.
