is there any chance of getting the job after 10 yrs gap

I had completed my MCA in 2011 and due to family issues i had to be there with my family. Meanwhile I have been doing some other jobs irrespective of my education. so i want to comeback to the software field. please give me good advise that, is there any chance of getting the job after this much of gap.
