How to make number of equally sized bins in tableau

0 votes
I have created a chart where I want to create a bin on one of the measure. I want to make my chart such that the user gets to input the bin size as a parameter. Can anyone help me to implement this in my visualization?

You can simply right click on the measure you want your bin to be based on then go to create and select bins from there. Instead of selecting a value for bin size, select create a parameter and then create one which gives user the ability to decide the bin size dynamically.

Make sure you show the parameter control for the user to be able to use it.
