DP-203 Exam by Microsoft certified candidates' skills in Azure data engineering, including designing and implementing data storage, integration, transformation, processing, security, and compliance solutions.
The cost of Microsoft Azure certification in Chennai is โน4,800. However, the pricing may vary based on the proctoring country or region.
The DP-203 Exam has a duration of 120 minutes (2 hours).
To obtain the Azure DP-203 certification, candidates must score at least 700 out of 1000 based on their required knowledge and skills. They demonstrated this in the exam questions.
The DP-203 Certification Exam is offered in multiple languages, including English, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Arabic (Saudi Arabia), Russian, Chinese (Traditional), Italian, and Indonesian (Indonesia).
The Microsoft Azure DP-203 Exam encompasses significant topics such as designing and implementing data storage (15โ20%), developing data processing (40โ45%), and securing, monitoring, and optimizing data storage and data processing (30โ35%).
Candidates are allowed to take the exam a maximum of five times within 12 months. If unsuccessful after five attempts, candidates must wait 12 months from their initial attempt before retaking the exam.
If a candidate fails an exam on their first attempt, they must wait for 24 hours before scheduling a retake. During these 24 hours, candidates can access the certification dashboard to reschedule their exam. However, candidates can only retake an exam they have already passed if their certification has expired. In such cases, they may need to make a payment to retake the exam.
On the first attempt, if one fails the exam, they must wait for 24 hours before retaking it. If one fails again, they must wait for 14 days before each retry. A maximum of five attempts are allowed.
The DP-203 certification remains valid for one year, and no prior certification is required for eligibility
After completing most exams, candidates usually receive their results within a few minutes. They also get a detailed exam score report that provides performance feedback. However, if the exam contains labs, it may take around 30 minutes to score, and the scores will be accessible in the Learn profile within 24 hours.
Microsoft confers the Azure Data Engineer Certificate upon professionals who demonstrate their expertise and knowledge through successful completion of the DP-203 exam.
The renewal of the certification is completely free. However, candidates are required to pass an online assessment before the expiration date. To renew the certification, the evaluation can be taken at any time during the six-month eligibility window via Microsoft Learn. If the candidate passes the renewal assessment, the certification period will be extended by one year from the passing date.
