In Cloudformation when I upload a template it showing error : (

At least one Resources member must be defined!

Please help to solve this problem

This could be because you are selecting role arn which has no proper access at the time of execution or you are not selecting the check box at the end.

that's because you have resources defined in the cloud formation json or ymal file but those resources do not exist in the account in which you are trying to use the cloudformation to replicate things. you first need to create the resources in the targeted account.
