How many years do you believe it should take to become Senior Project Management

It depends on your experience and field. I can't really tell how many years but if you are working within the same company, your progression should be related to your performance and experience.

I have seen some people join companies as a Project Manager and after they proved themselves, they were promoted to senior Project Managers in 6 months to one year.
