How to start with a POST request using Selenium

I want to start a Selenium test with a POST request to my application.

Instead of a simple open(/startpoint). I want to do something like open(/startpoint, stuff=foo,stuff2=bar)

How to do that

No, you cannot do this. But you may be able to do it.

If you open up a test page using GET and then evaluate some JavaScript on that page, then you can be able to replicate a POST request.
