How is a request sent from an app to a smart contract

 I am fairly new to the Blockchain Technology and its development. This is extremely basic but still I'd like some clarifications about smart contracts and sender's address. What is meant by the sender address? Is it the address of the node (ip address) or what?

And what happens when I deploy a smart contract on the blockchain? Is it then saved on every node.? Does that mean that when a node tries to contact the smart contract it contacts it on it's device?

Yes, the contract is distributed by every node when uploaded to the blockchain .

The sender's address is the address of the wallet or contract. Since, requests to a contract are sent from wallets or other contracts. Hope this helped you clear your doubts.
