Access not configured Error while trying to use Cloud DNS

I am trying to use Cloud DNS on GCP and getting a access not configured error. How do I go about resolving this?

This might be probably because you wouldn't have enabled the Cloud DNS API for your project.

Ensure that this API is enabled.

This should resolve it.
