Getting a permission error when trying to view an object in my Cloud Storage bucket

I am trying to set up a https load balancer on gcp, I got the above error. How do I resolve it?

In order to serve objects through load balancing, the Cloud Storage objects must be publicly accessible. 

Make sure to update the permissions of the objects being served so they are publicly readable.
