Hello Tarang, you can exclude a particular test method from a test case execution by adding the exclude tag in the testng.xml. Following example shows how you can exclude a particular test method:

<classes>
  <class name="TestCaseName">
     <methods>
       <exclude name="TestMethodNameToExclude"/>
     </methods>
  </class>
</classes>
