Will Network Load Balancer have static IP

When you create a network load balancer, will it have a static IP?

Each NLB provides a single IP for each AZ. If you have one instance in one AZ and another instance on another AZ, then two different IP's will be assigned and managed by NLB. Connection to the IP address will spread traffic across the instances in all the VPC subnets in the AZ. So basically all NLB provides the same IP for instances on the same Availability Zone.
