According to me, ML will still be the big thing in 2019. There are many new companies that are ready to step into ML and yes it is going to be a big hit in the year of 2019.

Yes, machine learning is a big thing in 2019 and next upcoming year. Many companies get ready to step into the machine learning and some companies already start work on machine learning. When you think start career in machine learning this is the right time to start a career in this line.

If you are fresher in this field you can join any training institute. but remember one thing that institute provide Machine Learning Training with Live Project because most of the companies hire those students they have the experience to work on the live project.
