Ram requirements for puppet installation

I'm trying to install puppet.

I have Ubuntu 16.04 and 4gb Ram.

I would like to know the alternatives for 4 gb Ram size.

4 GB would be less for proper running of the Virtual machine, I would suggest you go with AWS instance for better performances and better services. AWS provides a lot of other services which reduces manual work.
