How to resolve busy resource in BluePrism to run a process in the control room

Question

I want to run a process from the control room. On dragging the process to the only resource I have available, I get the error message: [Resource] is too busy to run that process. I have retired the other processes I used to run in the control room, set the business objects I use in the process I want to run as Exclusive to get highest priority, but I am still not able to run my process because my resource is still busy. the most common cause of that error is that there is "pending" session already waiting for the resource. Remove all filters from the bottom view and check if there's no pending session waiting for your "start" action.

Did you manage to resolve this problem ? I have the same issue where my resource states it is busy and that there is 1 pending message, but no pending messages show in the session management.

Run this in cmd. this will create second instance of BP. I also had similar problem. and got solved using this.

Also you need to run BPserver.exe file and a window will pop up. In that click on "New" and update fields like database connection, host name etc. later in that window, click on Key store tab and click on "New". update scheme name (Copy from -->Blueprism --> System-->security-->encryption scheme) here copy that encryption scheme field in scheme name. Keep method as it is. generate key and save.

Again run BPserver.exe and click on Start. this will start your scheduler.
