I want to filter specific mail and read the mail but in this process I am unable to click the mail in first position, rather than it is clicking in other position. How to resolve this?

You can use the search feature and then select the mail you want to click.

Make sure that selector is correctly chosen, sometimes selectors are not valid so it clicks on other location.
