Streaming live video to small group of viewers

I need to build a platform capable of creating multiple video classrooms where only a teacher will stream live video to a small group of students (around 10).

I'm considering using AWS Elemental Live cloud services or similar, but somehow it seems like an overkill to me.

Do you know some simpler alternatives?

You can try Ably Realtime. The platform's most recent live streaming challenge has been handling Tennis Australia's recent tournament.
