AWS ElastiCache Redis node instance type vs EC2 instance type

0 votes

I'm looking for a list of instance details for ElastiCache (Redis). So far I can only find the instance information for EC2 ( for eg. this doc)

I'm wondering if I can find a similar page for the Redis node? Or are they the same as the corresponding EC2 instance? (For example, I'm looking for the network bandwidth and vCPU for the cache.r5.xlarge) Thanks in advance for any help which will come my way!
