How can I preview PowerPoint files in Azure DevOps VSTS

When I click on a PowerPoint attachment in an Azure DevOps work item, it states there is no viewer and that I must download a copy to view it.

Is a viewer for VSTS work item attachments available?

No, there are no viewers for attachments to work items. However, you may try storing your files on various cloud services (sharepoint, OneDrive, etc.) and then linking work items to them using hyperlinks.
