I have Delivery Plans installed in Azure DevOps as an extension via Marketplace but cannot see in Boards Menu

I have Delivery Plans installed in Azure DevOps (as a Marketplace extension), but I can't see them in the Boards Menu. I followed these instructions, but even though it claims it's now installed, I can't see them.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/boards/get-started/plan-track-work?view=azure-devops&tabs=agile-process

Is there a better alternative if this can't be done?

If you have this extension: Delivery Plans installed in your business, please check that it is enabled by consulting this document: Extensions should be uninstalled or disabled.

Additionally, please refer to this document to ensure that you meet the following Prerequisites: After reviewing the team's delivery plans, you should be able to use this extension without any problems.enter image description here
