What is the suitable programming language for DIY RPA tool

We are working on an Open source RPA tool similar to AA, UiPath with lot of additional features.

Now, we are struggling with programming language to be used. We started with Python then added few modules with .NET. We feel it is very difficult to proceed with our approach.

So, we need help in identifying correct programming language to be used so that we can proceed.

Please help us to understand the Technical architecture of any of the RAP , AA/UiPath, and programming language they used.
