Not showing a dual axis

Question

I am trying to create a visualization, a dual axis graph. But they are coming as two different charts. How do I combine them?

On the Rows shelf, right-click on the Balance Growth measure. 

Select the menu option for "Dual Axis". That will make the dual axis chart for you.
