PAYMENT ERRORS

Hi

I have a problem , and I want to get the solution , I have a transaction I am doing , and I want to make a payment using my blockchain wallet ,  the dealers website , payment was generated using QR barcode , when the payment is made automaticamente , using the QR code , after  the screenshot was sent to the dealer , he said that code generated did not correspond  his wallet and I try to concelled the payment when it was on 2 confirmation point no way , so my question , how can one tracer this wallet or the owner ?  Can I believe this is scam from the delears ?  while in Blockchain  no way to stop payment before its confirmation .
