How to add data from copied data elsewhere into tableau?

I want to perform an analysis of specific data that I copied from a website. Can I add data to tableau directly?

Follow the below steps:

1.  Copy whatever tabular data you want to feed into Tableau.

2. Go to Data -> Paste.

You can find the data source ready to be used.
