ec2 instance is unreachable

For some reason my ec2 instance is unreachable. It's somehow also failing both the status checks. How do I troubleshoot this?

Hey @Hannah, it might be some OS-based issue or host system issue. The best thing is to stop and restart the instance. If that doesn't work out have a look at the

  • Console output
  • System logs
  • Error messages
