Hi Siddhart, checkout the following script to perform mouse hover to a web element. It worked well for me:

def move_to_element()
    driver = Selenium::WebDriver.for :firefox
    driver.get 'http://flipkart.com'
    element = driver.find_element(id: "some_id")
    driver.action.move_to(element).perform
end
