What do you mean by specific data ?

Simply you can take all data in datatable and took for each and delete if not needed or select query to select specific data that you want and again write data to another excel.

@Renuka, I agree with your approach. You can simply assign your all excel sheet data to a datatable and then its really easy and manageable to select or delete any specific data. You can then use Write Excel activity to write this modified datatable into an excel sheet.
