I have a fie in my Linux Instance and I want to copy that file from my EC2 instance to my local machine how to do that?

You can use a tool called FileZilla. 
You need to install FileZilla into your system. Please use the below link to download it: https://filezilla-project.org/

You can then provide the ip address of your machine and copy your file.
