The pricing generally for the service of Route 53 are as follows as of December

$0.50 per hosted zone per month for the first 25 hosted zones.
$0.10 per hosted zone per month for every additional hosted
zones.

I am not pretty sure whether it is available for free-tier account.

Hello @Nabarupa, the price keeps on changing, that was a nice point you said in your answer (as in December).

Route 53 service is not free even if you use it with your free-tier account.
