Step 1: 

Open the following link and go to Installation.

Step 2: 

Save the get-pip.py file.

Step 3:

Run the downloaded file.

Step 4:

Add C:\Python\Python37-32\Scripts in the environment path variable.

Step 5.

Open Command Prompt.

type pip.

You get an introduction on it and you are good to go!
