I am getting this error.

C:\Users\jino>aws s3 mb s3:\\jino

<S3Uri>
Error: Invalid argument type

Can someone help me in this?

You are getting the error because the syntax of creating the bucket is wrong. Its should be as follows:

aws s3 mb s3://jino
