Docker for windows installation fails on PresentationFramework Aero2

I am using Windows 7 Enterprise, 64bit. I downloaded "Docker for Windows installer.exe" and I tried to run it. But nothing happens except getting an error.

Am I missing something?

Docker for Windows only works on Windows 10. If you cannot upgrade to Windows 10, please consider using Docker Toolbox instead.
