How can I get the address of a cell instead of a value?

For example cell, A1 has the following formula which gives the value found in cell A33

OFFSET(A1,32,0)

Now in cell A2, I want a function that gives the address of the cell A1 formula result. In other words, I want the value of cell A2 to be “A33”.

There are various difficulties in this. Which address will be returned if you have duplicate data? Define the data range. Try the formula below, in brief.

=ADDRESS(MAX(ROW(A10:A40)*(A10:A40=A1)),1,4)

You can just use  =CELL("address",OFFSET(A1,32,0)) in accordance with your present explanation.
