Excel Count if with index match

I'm attempting to count the number of values from a different sheet that is greater than 0 in column O, which shares the same system name as column B. Could you please tell me how to go about doing this?

Try this:

Countif(Index(rangeoflookupvalues,,match(Columnvaluetobematched, rangeofcolumns,0)),">0")
