Hi I am manual tester need to rejoin after 7 years of break

Hi, I was in Manual testing for 8 years but I left job to take of kids, now its been 7 years i left my job. I wanted to start again my job, Can you please guide me what is the latest technology i need to learn and certification according to the market.
