How to get time in Indian Time zone

We are setting start Schedule time and end time in YouTube API.

"2015-08-28T00:00:00.000Z"

The Zulu (GMT-7) time zone is represented by the Z- in this format. With the Indian time zone code (GMT+5:30), I need to pass the time.

What code do I need to use to indicate the Indian timezone?
