How to make a HTML Page in A4 paper size page s

Is it feasible to make an HTML page behave, say, like an MS Word page that is A4 in size?

In essence, I want to be able to display an HTML page in the browser and outline the content using an A4-sized sheet as a guide.

For simplicity's sake, I'm assuming that the HTML page will only have text (with no graphics or other media) and won't have any br> tags, for instance.

Additionally, the HTML page would print as A4-sized paper sheets when printed.
