Azure AD vs Azure AD B2C vs Azure AD B2B

0 votes
Prior to the introduction of Azure AD B2C and B2B, I used to add my applications to our tenancy's Azure AD and office 365 users could access the applications using their account (SSO).

Because I am not an expert, I need to see code and read about specific cases in order to grasp the concepts.

Is it possible to utilise B2C for SSO instead of Azure AD? Otherwise, when and how should I use B2C and B2B?
