combine two data sets in tableau so that I can show a forecast for the next 3 months

I'm attempting to combine a bar chart with another bar chart for the next three months to indicate how many people we expect to leave our CRM. Two more measures are shown in the original. The image below is what I'd want to see as the end result. It's merely a screen capture of many bar charts, as you can see. Any suggestions on how to finish this would be greatly appreciated.

I believe the best approach is to create two spreadsheets (let's name them Sheet A and Sheet B). The first bar char should be placed on Sheet A, and the second bar char should be placed on Sheet B. (the forecasting).

After that, you may make a dashboard with both of them aligned horizontally.

You'll most likely need to align the axes of the two worksheets using (for example) this guide.
