Hi, I'm using the right login and password when connecting Snowflake as a data source in Tableau, but I'm still getting the following problem.

"Couldn't resolve host name," says the error message. Is it possible to ping the client machine's hostname?

This is a networking problem, not a Snowflake or credential problem.
