Creating a stacked waterfall chart in tableau

I have an excel reference stacked waterfall that I'd want to duplicate in tableau.

There are two things that are bothering me.

Is there a way to make tableau allow me to have two bars every week, as seen in the reference photo? Is there any fix for this that isn't obnoxious?

Is there a method to alter the colour of a piece of a stacked bar so that the red and green for up and down can be seen?

For example, look at the image below:

You can try this as a solution:

1.) Additional to the Table calculation (running Total), choose advanced

2.) Then select from the available fields Year and then Product and move them to the right (compute using). The sequence is important here (Year must be top, followed by Product)

3.) Click OK twice and the result is exactly what you want

Place Year on the columns shelf (make sure it is discrete). Place Revenue on the rows shelf. Right click on it and select Quick Table Calculation-->Running Total.
