Azure Front Door with Azure Signal R

0 votes
Is there anyone who has utilised Azure front door with an app service that uses the Azure Signal R service? (managed azure signal r service) Based on what I've read so far, AFD does not support web sockets, which means that if you're using signal r in your app, it's likely that it's not currently supported. In our scenario, we're utilising a signal r Azure service that's separate from our app service; is this enabled by Azure front door?

Yes, utilizing the Azure SignalR managed service, is possible. It will receive WebSocket connections instead of your backend pool.
