AZURE - Multiple S2S VPN gateways with hub and Spoke Architecture

Question

I'm seeking for a solution in which I need to set up another VPN gateway in addition to the one I have in a hub-and-spoke architecture. On the diagram below, I would require something similar to this. Azure does not appear to support this. When I try to deploy an additional VPN GW, I receive an error message stating that this is not feasible due to the existence of peering with gateway transit. Is there anyone who knows how to do anything like this?

This is due to a constraint in virtual network peering. A VPN gateway is not present in either the hub or spoke virtual networks.
