Googlebot is accessing aspx pages it should access SEO-friendly URLs only

Googlebot is accessing .aspx pages in my website

I  used  Intellgencia URL module for SEO-friendly URLs and my website also has links that present friendly URLs

However, googlebot is accessing original URLs I wanted to know if google bot will hide pages with .apsx

google bot will find  it if you have any typos in your  disallow statement  the best option is to map the aspx urls also  so it doesnt redirect
