Jenkins is process running however not reachable

I am installing jenkins on ubuntu VM on google cloud. It is installed normally and process is running, however I cant connect to the IP and port on my browser. I receive "site is not reachable"

same machine is running another website and I can reach it normally with the machine IP and http port.

How can I solve jenkins problem?
